1.DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we do offer returns, please read our Returns and Exchange Policy. *however please note pre order coats,Christmas collection items(Phoenix/Teddy/Heidi) and sale items are exchange or store credit only

2.DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

All of our items are carefully and individually wrapped in quality tissue and ribbon. If you have a special occasion, we are happy to add a FREE gift tag with your personalised message to your loved one and send direct to them from you! We also offer for a small charge a Flo’s Gift Box - you can find these located in our gifts section

3.DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship to United States, Dublin, Spain, France, Portugal and Germany. We deliver using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. For delivery to other countries, please contact us at customerservice@floschildrenswear.co.uk for shipping costs

4. DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer next day delivery using Royal Mail *Additional charge applies

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our delivery despatch days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If this falls on a bank holiday, your order will be despatched on the next available delivery date. We delivery using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed

6. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will notify you once your order is posted out using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, If for any reason, your order is delayed, we will contact you and keep you updated. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within a reasonable timeframe as we can provide you with your tracking number.

7. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

On occasion, we will offer discounts and add sale items.  We will either reduce the price on our website or supply you with a discount code to use upon checkout.

8. WHAT IF MY DISCOUNT CODE DOSEN’T WORK?  

If for any reason, your discount code is not working, please contact us at customerservice@floschildrenswear.co.uk. We will rectify the situation.
