Any personalised embroidery Items are NON-Refundable or Returnable and also NON-Exchangeable unless the fault Is down to Flo’s Childrenswear.
We offer refunds and exchanges on all products with the exception of Coats, Sale Products and Pre Orders. These items are exchange or store credit only* sale items over 40% discount are non returnable or refundable. Please ensure if you are returning a product you familiarise yourself with Flo’s Refund Policy guidelines before you purchase.

International Shipping - If your parcel is held at customs, the customer is responsible for all surcharges and costs. Any items no longer in the UK but held at customs would therefore become the customers property and therefore also the responsibility to communicate with customs for the release of their order and would therefore no longer would be Flo's responsibility once the order has left the UK.
If you have given us any details in your delivery address that are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received by he customer.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the timeframe we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for any deliveries made outside of any timescales and therefore no compensation would be given.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Evri/DPD using 48 hour tracked. Once your parcel is shown as ‘DELIVERED’ via their tracking system, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss. If you claim to have not received this parcel or for any other issues e.g damage to packaging/Parcel by any courier. This would have to be taken up with Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Evri/DPD by the customer and not by Flo’s Childrenswear. We will support you with your tracking details or any claim form information only if available from Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Evri/DPD. Once all parcels leave Flo's the customer must take up any errors/delays or damage with the courier.
All Discount codes must be applied when you reach the cart. This is the customer's responsibility and can not be rectified after the order has been processed. only one code may be used at any one time per order.
We reserve the right to revoke any discount codes at any time due to misuse or error.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are Non-Transferable.
We reserve the right to redact any price errors made on any orders due to technical glitches, also any out of stock items on any orders from these errors, customers will be contacted directly to notify them of this accordingly.
