Refund policy

We are happy to exchange any item for you

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return and then return your order to us accordingly.

• Your exchange will be sent out to you once we received your return.

• The customer will be responsible for the return postage both ways, unless the exchange is Flo's error. 

• If your order is a Flo’s coat purchase, Christmas range product or a pre order, these items are exchange or store credit only ( *store credit has no expiry)

• All sales items discounted 40% and over are non-refundable or returnable. All sale items under 40% are exchange or store credit only.

• All personalised and embroidery products are non-refundable or returnable
