Terms & Conditions



  • We accept Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal, Ladbuy, Bank Transfers, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard. American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro).

  • We Ship Internationally using Royal Mail Track and Sign.  We deliver to the United States, Dublin, Spain, France, Portugal and Germany..  For other countries, please contact us at : customerservice@floschildrenswear.co.uk for further details

  • Any personalised embroidery Items are NON-Refundable And NON-Exchangeable unless the fault Is down To Flo’s Childrenswear. 

  • We offer refunds and exchanges with the exception of Coats, Sale Products and Pre Orders. These items are exchange or store credit only* please ensure if you are returning a product you follow Flo’s Refund Policy timelines.

    • Please refer To our labels for garment washing instructions. 

    • If any details you have provided us within your delivery address are incorrect, we will not be liable for any items which have not been received. 

    • International Shipping - If your parcel is delivered at customs, the customer is responsible for all surcharges and costs.  

    • If any details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. 

    • Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the timeframe we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. 

    • All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail/Parcel Force. Once your parcel is shown as ‘DELIVERED’ via their tracking system, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss. If you claim to have not received this parcel or for any other various issues I.e. damage to packaging/Parcel. This would have to be taken up with Royal Mail/Parcel Force by the customer and not Flo’s Childrenswear.  We will support you with your tracking details only if available from Royal Mail/Parcel Force. 

      • Discount codes must be applied when you reach the cart. This is the customer's responsibility and can be rectified after the order has been processed.

        • We reserve the right to revoke discount codes at any time due to misuse. 

        • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are Non-Transferable. 

        • We reserve the right to redact any price errors made on any orders due to technical glitches and will contact customers directly to notify them of this.

        • While we endeavour to ensure that the Information on this website Is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described In It, at any time without notice. The material on this website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
